Individual Psychotherapy
I provide therapy for adults, couples, children, and teens. My practice is a safe and supportive space to explore stress, relationships, identity, or simply the challenges of modern life. Therapy is not about quick fixes — it’s about real conversations, understanding patterns, and finding a more balanced way forward.

About
Silicon Valley native. Helping individuals and teams manage work and life.
I'm an American living for more than two decades in Copenhagen, Denmark. For years I have led teams as CTO in fast-paced international startups. I have seen up close how leadership, technology, and human psychology intertwine.
Alongside my technology background, I have trained and now work as a coach and psychotherapist at the Sisifos Center for Psychotherapy in Copenhagen. Learning about human psychology has deepened my insight into why we do the things we do, and has provided me tools for realigning life to harness purpose, meaning, and connection.
Today I combine both paths. I work with leaders on workplace challenges, and with individuals on personal growth. My approach is strongly rooted in philosophy, and making esoteric big-picture concepts more accessible, applicable, and specific to real life.
