I started my career in the mid-90's in my native Silicon Valley as a software developer at Netscape, contributing there to Java Swing, and being so fortunate to work side-by-side with some of the brightest minds in computer science.
Since then and over the past two decades, I've worked as a CTO and co-founder in multiple cross-Atlantic startups.
Over time, I became interested in the dynamics of what makes a good leader good, and ultimately studied coaching and psychotherapy to get a deeper understanding of how our brains and minds and emotional responses tie together, and how we can align our goals and actions with rewarding and meaningful behavior.
Today, I combine my experiences from the technology sector with my degree in coaching and therapy, and provide help that is well-tailored to founders and C-level executives. I've learned quite a bit over three decades entrenched in the technology sector, combined with a deeper understanding of what psychological well-being really entails. I've made plenty of mistakes, and have had a fair share of successes. I am absolutely motivated to assist and guide and impart what wisdom I can.
It always starts with listening. Understanding. Analyzing. Not a bunch of theory or jargon. I love to ask the right questions, even if they're difficult, and help leaders optimize their performance, both for themselves, and for their teams.
